StockX Direct Fulfillment After the Ask Sells
StockX Direct fulfillment ships your pair to the buyer on StockX's label the day the ask sells, once the shoes are already at the warehouse.
A normal StockX sale goes to a verification center first. StockX Direct fulfillment does not. On a normal order the seller usually has two business days to ship the pair there, and the buyer is typically looking at 5 to 12 business days. New releases can get more than those two days, because the seller may still be waiting on the retailer.
Direct ships immediately. Buyers see the order as Xpress Ship. At checkout that can mean next-day delivery in the United States, or delivery within 3 business days in North America and Europe.
How fast a Direct order has to leave
If the shoes are still with you, or still on the way in, you are packing against a same-day cutoff. If the pair is already counted and on our shelf, the sale shows up in your dashboard and the shipment shows up on ours.
StockX sends the label with the order. We can pick that pair the moment the label arrives. The green tag goes on before it leaves.
The same pair can stay listed elsewhere
The Direct ask is one more listing on that physical pair. Your regular StockX ask, Alias, and eBay can stay up beside it.
Sell it on any of them and the rest come down. One size 10 leaves once. Direct is just the channel that hit.
Packing the label StockX sends
We build the shipment from that label, tag it Direct, and the floor picks the pair that sold. The same floor that checked it in packs it.
Direct uses those checked-in pairs, the same ones as the rest of your footwear.
The ask stays in your dashboard
The price and the other channels stay with you. We hold the pair, put StockX's label on the box, and make the ship-by. You can be somewhere else entirely when it sells.
