FAQ
Marketplace fulfillment FAQs
How reseller inventory moves through the warehouse.
Any item you resell on a marketplace. The same inventory ships as single orders or in bulk.
Ship them to your ShipNinja receiving address from a supplier, a retail pickup, or your own stock. Cataloged items can ship without a tracking number, and we add them to your inventory on arrival.
Units get an exterior QC on arrival for count verification and condition inspection. Detailed QC is an added option where we open each item and inspect its condition, flagging manufacturer defects, damage, and returned goods.
When a connected marketplace sells a unit, the order imports and we pick, pack, and ship it inside that marketplace's window. The same inventory can also leave as a custom shipment, as a single order or in bulk.
Cross-list inventory across connected marketplaces and import consigned stock into the same pool. Auto-pricing and automations stay on the listings. When an item sells, it delists everywhere else. The sale imports for fulfillment, and payouts stay in your marketplace account.
Yes. You sync your own marketplace accounts and keep payouts in your accounts. ShipNinja handles the operational layer.
