Hats, Bags, and Graded Cards on the Same Floor
A hat run, a bag, and a graded slab are checked in as their own units. Each one leaves packed for that item, from the same floor as the rest of the inventory.
Hats and bags are not a leftover count on a garment receipt. A graded slab is not a poly-mailer order. Both still check in, sit on the shelf, and leave from the same floor as apparel and footwear.
Received as their own units
A hat run stays a hat run. Bags, wallets, jewelry, belts, and sunglasses are counted the same way. When a storefront order mixes a hoodie and a cap, the carton is built from those two SKUs, and the cap is placed so the garment does not crush it.
Graded slabs, sealed wax, raw singles, figures, and signed goods are logged as individual units before they are sellable. Intake photos are the condition record. eBay orders sync in. Whatnot shows, card breaks, and collector invoices go out as custom shipments after the sale.
Packed for the item
A constructed hat needs something that holds the crown. A bag needs the hardware and the structure to survive the carrier. Jewelry needs a mailer that protects the finish and the card.
A PSA, BGS, or CGC slab is packed to protect the case and the label. Sealed wax is checked for wrap and carton damage on arrival, then packed so the factory seal and the corners are not the first thing the carrier hits. Window-box figures get crush protection. Raw singles are packed for corners and surfaces.
Look packs and drop extras can be kitted at pick from the component SKUs. The set does not have to be pre-bagged.
The same shelf feeds every channel
Shopify, TikTok Shop, Grailed, and eBay can sell the hat or the bag. eBay, Whatnot, and a hobby shop on Shopify can sell the slab or the wax. A one-of-one listed in more than one place comes off the other listings when it sells.
The receiving rule does not change with the goods: the unit gets an exterior count and is logged before it is available to pick.
